We are currently reviewing cases in which the incarcerated individual meets the following criteria:

• Asserting a claim of innocence

• Incarcerated in California

• Conviction was affirmed on appeal

• Not currently represented by other counsel

Please do not send any case documents until they are requested.  Our office considers requests only from the incarcerated individual who was wrongfully convicted.  We cannot respond to inquiries submitted by family members or loved ones.
